Saturday 10:30 a.m. -  1:30 p.m.  Grilled  Cheese  Challenge  &  Reception

10:30 - 11:00 - Enjoy a Burrata making demonstration by Chef Frank Bonanno of Mizuna, Osteria Marco, Luca D'Italia, Bones
11:00 - 12:30 - Watch top Colorado chefs showcase Colorado cheeses in this grilled cheese challenge
12:30 - 1:30 - After judging is complete, meet the chefs and enjoy cheese-themed appetizers prepared by them
